Note to Parents:

We use over 1,000 animal names for the Hangman and Scramble games. We have not censored any animal names. Some parents may not approve of some of the animal names that are in these files, for example: a long-eared animal that is related to the horse whose name has three letters. If animal names like that offend you then you can very easily delete the animal names you do not like. You will find 3 files - level1.txt, level2.txt and level3.txt in the install directory. Just open those with a text editor and delete the line (make sure you do not leave a blank line) with the animal name you do not like.

There are 4 educational games for kids and adults alike to play.

In Animal Hangman your goal is to guess the name of the animal before Robin Hood gets hanged.

In Animal Rubix a picture of an animal is scrambled - you need to move tiles around until the picture is correct.

In Animal Scramble the names of the animals are not in the correct order. Your goal is to unscramble the letters.

In Animal Tile a picture of an animal is covered and you try to guess the animal in as few tries as possible.

Many parents feel the questions on the Animal Tic-Tac-Toe game are too difficult for kids.  We feel that the best way to learn is by encountering difficult questions and NOT telling you the correct answer when you get it wrong.  We hope you will research the animals in question on the internet and help educate your child.  Yes, MANY questions may be too hard for you also!  This is a game that can be played by kids as well as adults.  We hope you will enjoy it.

There are 3 educational games for kids and adults alike to play.

In Animal Guessing Game you think of an animal and the computer will guess it for you.  If it gets it wrong, you can teach the computer the difference.  For example:  Let\'s assume the computer asked you - if it has 4 legs?  You say yes.  It might then ask if it barks.  If you say no.  It might go ahead and guess \"cat\".  If you were thinking \"mouse\" - it will then ask for a question that would tell the difference between a cat and a mouse.  For example: \"Does this animal live in small holes in peoples homes?\"  Then the next time you play it will add mouse to its list of animals.  The longer you play the more it can learn.  Try to bust the computer\'s memory!!!  This game has been a favorite of many people as they can keep adding more and more intelligence to the computer and save it to play later.

In Animal Memory you are presented with a bunch of pictures of animals turned over.  Turn over 2 at a time and try to match the animals.  A favorite amoung little kids.

In Animal Tic-Tac-Toe you play the game Tic-Tac-Toe but before you get a square you must answer a question about an animal.  Some questions are easy but some questions are hard.  Note: We have not used any artificial intelligence into the game so you can always win if you know your animal facts!  This has always been a favorite of mine because it encourages people to learn more about the animals.  Good luck and have fun!
